The following terms and conditions apply to bookings made by you through your usage of www.hanoistarshotel.com

• We accept all following payment forms: Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Cash.
• Check-out time is 12 at noon. Check-in time is 2pm.
• Late check-out till 3pm is available at 30% room rate of one night, till 5pm at 50%. After 5pm, 100% room rate of one night is applied.
• No charge for one child under 5 years old if sharing the room with parents, including breakfast.
• Cancellation policy: Not applicable. All reserved rooms will be held until 4pm on arrival date unless the late arrival is arranged.
• The room rates are inclusive of service charge and breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
• All rates are subject to 10% Government tax.
• Special offer: Book 3 consecutive nights at Deluxe room, get free one-way airport pickup
• Long-term plan: 10% DISCOUNT (over one week)
